Key Job Area
Automation of all verticals (HR, Program, Development) Using AI and ML tools
● Conduct research, analyze other organizations, and consult experts to identify, source and implement efficient software for the administration functions like CRM for storing school, children, donor data, etc., a database for tracking students’ performance, a tool for HR processes, etc.
● Engage closely with a volunteer coding team, consultants, or external vendor to help set up the technology tools and methods for each team
● Use relevant tech tools for Monitoring & Evaluation specifically for data collection and analysis for measuring impact
● Design and implement a system to track & visualize program data
● Create & automate reporting for all relevant stakeholders

Manage IT Landscape
● Create the technology policies, get them approved by the management, and train the users on them
● Train the system admin for data backup & recovery of deleted or lost data of users
● Train the team to maintain records of all IT assets to plan for maintenance, up-gradation, and future IT investments.
● Train the system admin to ensure timely renewals of all enterprise software application platforms, maintain software compliance, and adequate number of software licenses for each team
Qualifications & Experience
● Bachelor’s degree in computer science/engineering/application, information science/technology, or a related field
● 3+ years of hands-on IT/ Software development experience
● Experience in a similar role would be advantageous
Skills
● Strong knowledge of database technologies like Mysql, analytics tools like Power BI, etc.
● Knowledge of any CRM/ERP applications set-up would be preferred
● Experience in AI and ML technologies.
● Excellent technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills.
● Strong leadership and organizational abilities
● Excellent communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills.

The individual will receive compensation at par with the sector benchmark for this position, in alignment with the individual’s prior experience and qualifications.
