Job title: Training Enabler

Location: Mumbai

Reports to: Executive Director

Key relationships:

Internal: Project Heads, Executive Director

External: Partner Clients, Teachers & Trainers.

Role purpose:

To train all stakeholders of Sol’s ARC across all programs

Key responsibilities

Training

  • Conduct trainings for all Sol’s ARC programs
  • Connect with all program leads and teams to create effective training content.
  • Prepare training materials and schedules according to Sol’s ARC’s framework
  • Conduct field observations and Identify training needs – content related or behavioural and modify training as required.
  • Develop new strategies and plans for an improved learning experience.

Person specification

Qualification:

  • Post Graduate in Education or relevant field
  • Proficiency in conducting trainings in Hindi

Prior Experience: 5 to 8 years

Essential skills:

  • Robust observation and Monitoring skills
  • Excellent training delivery and methodologies that facilitate learning
  • In depth knowledge of Ms Office and strong online research skills
  • Strong oral and written communication in English

  • Ability to adapt according to different stakeholders
