Job title: Training Enabler
Location: Mumbai
Reports to: Executive Director
Key relationships:
Internal: Project Heads, Executive Director
External: Partner Clients, Teachers & Trainers.
Role purpose:
To train all stakeholders of Sol’s ARC across all programs
Key responsibilities
Training
- Conduct trainings for all Sol’s ARC programs
- Connect with all program leads and teams to create effective training content.
- Prepare training materials and schedules according to Sol’s ARC’s framework
- Conduct field observations and Identify training needs – content related or behavioural and modify training as required.
- Develop new strategies and plans for an improved learning experience.
Person specification
Qualification:
- Post Graduate in Education or relevant field
- Proficiency in conducting trainings in Hindi
Prior Experience: 5 to 8 years
Essential skills:
- Robust observation and Monitoring skills
- Excellent training delivery and methodologies that facilitate learning
- In depth knowledge of Ms Office and strong online research skills
- Strong oral and written communication in English

- Logical reasoning and ability to capture the audience
- Diverse understanding of content
- Ability to adapt according to different stakeholders
- Collaborative, team-focused, and willing to use skills to support others’ work
