- 01 Reporting to: Project Manager Annual Salary – As per THF policy, and candidates last drawn CTC. 1. JOB PURPOSE Warehouse In charge – Pharmacist will be responsible for maintaining proper medicine stocks, their indenting and dispensing at the regional office. She/he achieves this by executing a physician’s order and project team’s order. The job entails a high level of responsibility and knowledge. A Warehouse In Charge – Pharmacist does not merely hand out or issue the required medicines; he/she has the expertise and willingness to assist people and provide them with information and solutions
- 2. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- • Prepare and maintain all kind of records of medicine as details of ordering and receiving and checking all medical supplies and lab equipment etc
- . • Act as warehouse In Charge for all the medicines for MMUs in Uttar Pradesh to streamline and maintain a proper medicine indent, stock level, dispensing and data.
- • Prepare medicine indent for regional office
- . • Visit the MMU camp sites as per the visit roster and does audits on regular basis.
- • Maintain adequate level of stock of medicines at the regional office/main store.
- • Organize the pharmacy in an efficient manner as per SOP to make the identification of products easier and faster.
- • Coordinates MMU Pharmacists or technicians to prepare and issue proper medicines to MMU on timely basis.
- • Maintain full control over delivering, stocking medicine and other products and monitor their condition to prevent expiring or deterioration.
- • Comply with all applicable legal rules, regulations and procedures.
- • Have the ability to manage time, deadlines and priorities the workload.
- • Support and take responsibility in MMU in the absence of the MMU pharmacist.
- • Undertake any other duties assigned from time to time by the project coordinator/project manager.
- 3. Other Indicative Requirements Educational Qualifications B. Pharma / M. Pharma Functional / Technical Skills and Relevant Experience & Other requirements (Behavioural, Language, Certifications etc.)
- • Minimum 3-7 years of warehouse management (medicine).
- • Having good knowledge medicines, medicine & stock management.
- • Good Communication and documentation in English and Hindi.
- • Data analysis, reporting and presentation skills.
