ShikshaLokam – Who are we?

ShikshaLokam is a NGO catalysing education leadership in India, enabling and amplying leadership development opportunities for individuals and institutions engaged in K-12 education systems. We offer open-source technology capabilities and resources to the ecosystem players – Individuals, NGOs, and Government – to enable education leadership development at a large scale with high impact.
ShikshaLokam is a manifestation of Societal Platform thinking, a systemic method to resolve
complex societal challenges with speed, at scale, and sustainably.

What would you do? – Roles and Responsibilities

If you are a motivated, can-do attitude individual who enjoys networking and establishing
relationships and possesses an unwavering belief that meaningful collaboration and co-creation
can enable sustainable change in education, this is the perfect role for you. As Lead of
Ecosystem Development, you would –

A. Create effective partner engagement frameworks for diverse partner organisations and develop a strategic partnerships strategy; coordinate and monitor its efficacy

B. Develop a systematic, process-driven approach to partner outreach and relationship management

C. Identify, grow and curate the most diverse and supportive community of partners in the ecosystem; Use business acumen to create meaningful partnership opportunities with various organisations and stakeholders, including NGOs, Knowledge partners, Design Consultants, Govt. Agencies etc.

D. Establish, implement and manage the mission-critical partnerships; lead the co-creation journey of education change programs with partners

E. Support and enable partners in adopting platform thinking and reimagining their solutions on ShikshaLokam.

Who are we looking for? – Requirements and Qualifications

1. 3-5 years of work experience in Education and / or Partnerships role

2. Aptitude to networking

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

4. Willingness to learn, research and innovate

5. Ability to embrace the unknown and handle ambiguity

6. Capability to manage self and time

7. Ability to lead cross-functional teams

8. Comfort and facility with technology

Location: Bengaluru
Remuneration: An annual CTC of INR 4.2 – 6.2 Lacs
