Job summary:

Swaniti Initiative is looking for a professional with action bias, who is eager to contribute in the recruitment, Human Resource Processes and supporting the Peoples’ Team in maintaining a strong talent management system. The associate will be engaged in designing JDs, building campaigns for sourcing candidates as per the requirements in the organisation for various projects, take care of the logistics for processes of the recruitment, onboarding and maintain records. The role requires the individual to understand the HR processes in development sector, objectives of the organisation and the skill sets required to deliver on project.  Understanding of public policy will be super helpful. The associate will be providing assistance to the team for the end-to-end steps of the recruitment process.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in conducting end to end process of talent acquisition and management which starts at preparing the job description and ends with the lifecycle of engagement with the individual
  • Assist the People’s Team in managing the performance of the team members
  • Conceptualizing and conducting new creative initiatives for creation of better talent pool
  • Assist in meeting all necessary compliances of Human Resource processes in a time bound manner
  • Function with full commitment and professional devotion maintaining linear reporting process
  • Working with the team to create a collaborative and constructive environment for all team member to work together
  • Designing posters, pamphlets and alike tools for social media communications
  • Participating and supporting Swaniti team in any other way as seem appropriate

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Masters in subjects like Human Resource Management, Development Studies,, Public Policy, or relevant subjects
  • Minimum two years of work experience is required. Preference will be given to professionals having work experience in the HR team of reputed development sector organisations
  • Excellent communication skills and writing abilities (in English)
