Project 3: Sustainable Environment & Livelihoods through Soil & Water Conservation and Improving Soil Health.

Purpose of Engagement
NSE Foundation intends to engage an external professional organization to conduct an impact assessment of primary education, environment sustainability and WaSH project completing its term in Karauli district, Rajasthan.
Selection Process
Agency selection for awarding the contract will be done through multiple phase process involving technical evaluation, proposal presentations, and financial appraisal. Agencies that are found to be technically responsive as per NSEF evaluation criteria will be considered for financial appraisal. Selection and evaluation process and criteria can be changed by NSEF at any time without need to send notice. Final selection is the sole decision of NSEF and bidding Agency shall not question or challenge such decision for any reason.
NSEF reserves the right to cancel the required service at any time prior to signing a contract for any reason without any charge. 15 NSEF shall reject any proposal that does not meet the terms and conditions and instructions set out in this RFP document. NSEF has no obligation to explain to unsuccessful Applicants the reasons for rejecting their proposals.
