**Role Summary:**
The Development Manager will assist in growing and delivering TAP’s development strategy, supporting the CEO in defining long-term goals and creating a fundraising pipeline. The role involves business development, events, fundraising, CSR initiatives, donor stewardship, and relationship management with high-potential donors.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– Support the CEO in strategic planning and organizational goal-setting.
– Identify and leverage funding opportunities, including CSR tie-ups, foundations, and individual donors (HNIs).
– Develop and execute fundraising campaigns, direct marketing initiatives, and events.
– Manage donor relationships, curate bespoke engagement strategies, and steward long-term partnerships.
– Collaborate with the communications team to enhance supporter experiences.
**Qualifications & Experience:**
– Graduate/Postgraduate in any field.
– 3+ years of relevant full-time work experience in fundraising, partnerships, and network-building.
– B2B Sales/Business Development experience is preferred.
– Strong written and verbal communication skills, networking abilities, and attention to detail.
– Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Google Suite.
– Background in Investment Banking or financial reporting is an advantage.
**Compensation:**
5.90 – 8.80 LPA (inclusive of EPF & Medical Insurance), aligned with sector benchmarks and individual experience.
