**Job Description: Program Lead – InSight, Shillong**

**Position Overview:**
The Program Lead will manage The/Nudge’s InSight program in collaboration with the Meghalaya State Rural Livelihoods Society (MSRLS). This role involves designing and implementing a program to screen and distribute near vision glasses to individuals over 35 in rural areas, addressing presbyopia.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– Lead program implementation and ensure desired outcomes.
– Provide managerial support and leadership to the field team.
– Develop processes for onboarding, capacity building, monitoring, and feedback.
– Collaborate with financial units to manage budgets effectively.
– Work closely with MSRLS to design and deliver screening, procurement, distribution, and adoption workflows.
– Build relationships with government stakeholders to ensure successful program implementation.
**Qualifications:**
– Postgraduate degree with 8+ years of experience in managing multi-stakeholder development programs.
– Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
– Fluency in English and local languages (Garo, Khasi, Jaintia).
– Openness to extensive travel and living in rural areas.
– Passion for community service with humility and sensitivity.
