**Job Title:** Senior Product Manager

**About The/Nudge Institute:**
The/Nudge is an action institute dedicated to building resilient livelihoods and alleviating poverty. We collaborate with women, farmers, tribals, and youth across rural development, agriculture, skilling, and economic inclusion. Partnering with over 15 central and state government agencies, we have reached 25 million Indians in 10 states through $250M of government funding, impacting 1.25M people. Our incubator, accelerator, and grand challenges have supported 200+ social entrepreneurs, including notable awardees like Forbes 30U30 and EarthShot Prize winners.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– Identify and prioritize high-impact opportunities within the program using data and user insights to inform pilots and experiments.
– Build and institutionalize standardized processes for consistent and scalable products across states.
– Design robust feedback loops between Operations and Product to continuously improve outcomes.
– Collaborate closely with Operations and National Partnerships teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment.
– Coach and mentor a team at the intersection of product and operations, fostering innovation and career growth.
**Qualifications:**
– 10+ years of experience in product strategy, consulting, product management, or entrepreneurial roles in tech startups (education, climate-tech, agriculture).
– Ability to learn, iterate, and pivot based on new information or constraints.
– Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
– Passion for solving big social problems at scale with a growth mindset.
– Written and spoken fluency in Hindi and English.
– Willingness to work in deep rural areas.
