**Position Summary:**
The Program Manager will support and develop a group of 16-20 Fellows, focusing on classroom excellence and leadership development. They will provide feedback, conduct observations, facilitate learning circles, and contribute to city projects. Additionally, they will manage team performance, build a positive culture, and act as an ambassador for the organization.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– **Instructional Coaching:** Provide feedback, observe classrooms, and facilitate reflective practices.
– **People Management:** Develop performance systems, support Fellow growth, and ensure retention.
– **Culture Building:** Foster a supportive environment aligned with core values.
– **Organizational Support:** Contribute to goals, advocate for educational equity, and clarify policies.
**Qualifications and Experience:**
– 2-5 years of professional experience, including mandatory teaching experience.
– External applicants must have K-10 teaching experience in schools.
– Preferred: Experience in resource-constrained environments and initiative-taking examples.
