About Milaan Foundation
Milaan is a non-profit organization, which envisions an inclusive and equal world, where every girl is educated, healthy and safe.
We believe in the power of movement building, to challenge the social norms that reinforce gender inequality and re-write the narratives that shape the day-to-day lives of women and girls, normalizing social, economic, and political exclusion.
Our primary work is focused on and with young women between 12 to18 years of age from socially and economically marginalized communities. Milaan aims to empower adolescent girls by addressing the 4 dimensions that we have identified as critical for their well-being:
1. Completion of Secondary Education,
2. Enhanced access to information and services on Adolescent Health,
3. Prevention of Child Marriage
4. Prevention of Gender-based Discrimination and Violence.

Position Description
Milaan is committed to scaling its programs with the aim to create a more gender-equitable world and is looking for a Manager – Impact, to design, develop and implement a strategic impact measurement function at Milaan.
Key Responsibilities
1. Design impact measurement tools for various programs at Milaan and enable the team to implement the tools in the program as per the design.
2. Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to communicate the impact of the programs with the stakeholders including donors, strategic allies, etc.
3. Develop reports capturing the impact of Milaan’s programs in accordance with the globally accepted scientific frameworks.
4. Participate in research and advocacy activities of the organization to showcase the impact of Milaan’s work and sector alignment at various state, national and international platforms.
Skills and Qualifications Required
1. Masters Degree in any of the social sciences subjects with at least 7 years of experience.
2. Excellent knowledge of designing quantitative and qualitative tools for impact assessment with at least 3 years of experience working for gender equality.
3. Highly organized and self-accountable for efficient remote working.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Experience in leading and managing a team.
6. Ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously; strong organizational skills and significant attention to detail.
