We seeking to hire Assistant Manager/Manager –Digital Marketing in our Marketing & Communication department.  

Reporting to: General Manager- Marketing & Communications 

Location: Mumbai (Head Office) 

Experience: 6 to 8 years

Qualification: MBA in Marketing

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute all digital marketing including SEM, social media marketing, SEO, email marketing, and display/video advertising campaigns.
  • Perform day-to-day campaign activities for enterprise-level Paid Search (PPC) campaigns and lead generation campaigns, including bid management, budget allocation, forecasting, performance monitoring, strategic testing, campaign expansion, etc
  • Contribute to the development and execution of market strategies for Paid Search campaigns, and Social Media Marketing Campaign including developing strategic roadmaps, test plans, and risk/benefit analysis; as well as analyzing results and developing actionable insights.
  • Creating strategies to increase online traffic to the organization’s website
  • Evaluating competitor’s Digital Marketing strategies and creating plans to overtake them
  • Report on the performance of digital marketing activities and compare the results against key performance indicators and ROI
  • Analysis of end-to-end consumer experience in different digital channels
  • Identify the latest digital technologies and current digital trends affecting the industry.
  • Promote the company’s product & services in the digital space and acquire leads.
  • Discussed SEO needs and optimized strategies for short- and long-term campaigns
  • Improved page content, keyword relevancy, and branding to achieve search engine optimization goals.

Professional Traits

  • Proven working experience in core digital marketing (4 years+)
  • Good experience in Ecommerce marketing, with expertise in Customer Engagement, Lead generation.
  • Ability to develop marketing budgets, analyze ROI, and spends
  • Knowledge of Google AdWords, GDN, Facebook and Instagram ads, and website/digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Amplitude, Mixpanel, FB insights, Sprinklr Listening).
  • Experience in building brands digitally
  • Be comfortable with both creative and analytical/business dimensions of marketing
  • Strong interpersonal, time and project management, presentation, and communication skills
  • Experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and drive action
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing, measurement
