Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu

Required:

● Native fluency in English and Tamil
● Background education and/or experience in community engagement, network building and implementing campaigns, preferably on gender justice and gender-based violence.

Responsibilities:

● Build and maintain a state/national network of stakeholders to support survivors of domestic violence
● Implement prevention, intervention and awareness initiatives on gender-based violence
● Organise events, handle logistics and coordinate with vendors and stakeholders
● Develop and facilitate training and workshops
● Write reports and document initiatives as required

Expected work experience: 0 to 2 years in a similar role or at a grassroots organisation
