Job Opportunity for Coordinator – Placement and Alliances at Salaam Bombay Foundation in Mumbai

Job Responsibilities:

Conversational English Course Management:

· Mobilize, select and form batches for conversation English in Mumbai and Pune regions

· Monitor batches operational in other cities

· Manage data, documenting Success Stories and preparing related reports

· Coordinate with Training Partners and other implementing Partners

· Track invoices of Training Partners, Submission of data within stipulated timelines

· Facilitate all activities mentioned in proposal for implementation

· Track attendance of beneficiaries of Dream Lab and coordinate with students

· Manage, coordinate and facilitate with internal & external stakeholders as required

· Manage the Dream Lab program in all forms (Online, Hybrid and offline)

· Make Physical visits for monitoring the implementation of the Dream Lab program within and outside the Mumbai region

· Prepare, document & submit Monthly and Annual reports

Dream Lab Coordination:

· Mobilize Internship opportunities for Dream Lab beneficiaries

· Meet and partner with Corporate entities or other Outlets Owners / dealers for opportunities for Dream Lab beneficiaries

· Explore new opportunities for Internship and Employment for Dream Lab beneficiaries

· Mobilize support with Entrepreneurship opportunities for our aspiring entrepreneurs

· Audit and inspect visits of Dream Lab beneficiaries

· Assist in home visits of Dream Lab beneficiaries

· Assist in other activities of the Dream Lab

Assist in collation, maintenance & updation of Data Management, Reports and presentations to be made for Dream Lab to internal & external stakeholders

Qualification & Experience :

Graduate in any stream with good rapport building skills with children & teens in the age group of 12 to 18 years

Competencies:

Analytical Thinking, Problem Solving ability, Good Verbal and Written Communication skills

Skills & Knowledge:

Any previous relevant work experience working in the Social Development sector in the Education/ Health sectors is preferable

Reporting to Project Manager, Dream Lab
