Job Description

To lead the implementation of GROW PwD program across western part of India

Major Deliverables:-

• Working with the Area Heads to develop Outreach, Employer connect and Revenue strategy and center operational plan to meet the program deliverables
• Monitoring the overall implementation of GROW process in PwD Centre’s
• Supporting / Resolving problems at center level and promoting cross learning among centers
• Ensuring all reports and data are updated on time and documenting key learning/ Data Analysis to get key insights which will feed into the program in collaboration with QAE and MIS
• Capacity Building of team on process (including IT platform)
• Ensure optimum utilization of financial resources as per budget allocation
• Participating in the hiring and selection process of Centre team
• Support in organizing employer sensitization workshops and ensure the placement outcomes
• Support New program design and development lead in piloting new programs

Qualifications

Candidate must possess:-

• Should have led a team for at least 3 year
• Good communication skills in English, preferably speaking one local Indian language
• Must be willing to travel west India for center visits and other meetings for 15-20 days in a month
• Good planning skills
• Networking skills to collaborate with NGOs and Govt. bodies
• Monitoring and reporting skills
