**Job Description:**
We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent presentation abilities, and expertise in interpreting diverse campaign data. Responsibilities include:
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to extract data-driven insights for content strategy, audience targeting, and campaign segmentation.
* Defining key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing campaigns across various platforms (social media, email, etc.).
* Conducting in-depth campaign performance analysis, identifying trends, and suggesting optimization opportunities.
* Deriving actionable insights and recommendations to enhance campaign performance and strategies.
* Collecting, organizing, and analyzing data from multiple marketing channels, ensuring data accuracy.
* Utilizing Google Analytics and other tools to track website traffic, user engagement, and conversion rates.
* Creating and maintaining dashboards and reports visualizing data insights for stakeholders.
* Staying current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in marketing analytics (including attribution modeling).
* Identifying areas for process improvement in data collection, analysis, and reporting.
**Experience Required:**
* 1-3 years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role, with a demonstrable portfolio of successful campaign analysis and data-driven insights.
**Qualifications:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Marketing, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
* Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media analytics platforms, attribution modeling tools).
* Expertise in analyzing campaigns across multiple platforms and tracking their impact.
* Strong understanding of statistical concepts and methodologies.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (complex formulas, pivot tables, data visualization).
* Excellent communication skills, translating complex data into actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
* Strong presentation skills, effectively conveying insights through visualizations and storytelling.
* Attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
* Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau or Power BI) is a plus.
* Knowledge of SQL or other programming languages is advantageous.
