Roles & Responsibilities:
- Devise and manage marketing campaigns (online and offline), build collaterals for our unique range of handmade products
- Driving the sales performance across e-commerce platforms
- Providing analysis and reporting on metrics such as weekly/monthly sales, inventory movement and online traction
- Ensuring good customer service by addressing and ensuring the timely resolution of customer issues or comments
- Plan, monitor and grow our presence on social media to transform them into highly profitable platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and so on)
- Launch optimized online adverts through Google Adwords, Facebook etc. to increase company and brand awareness
- Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization etc.)
- Work closely with web development and fulfillment teams
- Prepare reports and analyze conversion numbers
- Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels
- Overseeing Design and Developments of Website
- Measure the performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.)
- Acquire insight into online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date
- Maintaining customer database across multiple marketing channels and meaningfully engaging with them through social media and regular newsletters / updates
WEB 3.0:
- Develop original content and manage content calendar for owned social channels to acquire, engage and retain the online community and increase traction to Discord and other relevant channels like Twitter Spaces, LinkedIn, and Instagram
- Support in Public Relations initiatives to promote NFT launches and communicate the impactful brand narrative
- Assist in defining digital & social media roadmap according to the overall campaign strategy.
- Identify, outreach, pitch and build a growing list of influencers and brand ambassadors to support amplification of marketing initiatives
- Share new content on an a regular basis that builds meaningful connections with our community, increases brand awareness, and encourages community members to engage with our brand
- Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies in the NFT space
- Capture and analyze the appropriate social data/metrics, insights, and social media best practices to measure the success of every social media campaign, then use that information to refine future campaigns
Travel : Role requires local travel within Bangalore and outstation on need basis.
Requirements and Skills:
- Bachelors / Masters degree in marketing or a related field
- Proven working experience in digital marketing
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
- Basic knowledge of graphic designing to develop attractive collaterals for our digital space (social media, website, blogs, posters etc)
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, WebTrends)
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing
