Reporting to : Trainee Assistant Manager- Retail Fundraising

Location : Mumbai (Head Office)

Job Description

This person would be working on Swades donor database and be responsible for answering donor queries on phone and email and acquiring new donors via tele calling.

1. Job Responsibilities:

• Cold calling to acquire donors
• Calling on warm leads
• Solving Donors Queries on Call and E-Mails. (Question)
• Mailing the 80G receipts individually to Donors
• Sending Donation Acknowledgement email to Donors
• Handling Complaints, Cancellation emails and Calls (Grievance)

Educational Qualification : Any Graduate or 12 th Pass

Relevant Experience (No of years) : 2+ years of proven experience in cold calling – donor acquisition

2. Additional Skills

• MS-word, MS – Excel
• Proficient in English ( Written and Verbal ), Hindi and Marathi
• Travel Required : No
