Qualification
Should be a Graduate in any inter-discipline
Preference & Age Limit
Retired Banker, Senior Manager or Chief Manager; however, age should be 60 to 63 years
Experience
- Should have prior experience in SME Loans /Credits and advances Skills.
Desired Profile of the Candidate
- Entrepreneurial spirit and initiative and empathetic to small entrepreneurs
- A Go-getter & target-oriented person
- Must possess Digital Skills such as MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, Teams, Outlook, etc), Google mails and knowledge of Collaborative Video tools such as Skype, Google Meet, etc)
Job Responsibilities
Stage 2: Loans
- Training potential entrepreneurs on bank procedures.
- Verifying & submitting the required number of proposals to the Bank.
- Briefing about the projects to the selection panel.
- Facilitate through banks on disbursals of all sanctions.
- Manage regular MIS and interface with Bank officials.
- Build systems to contain defaults and support in credit monitoring.
