KRAs/ KPIs – Mode of assessment

Develop HR Policy. – Management Review.

Managing end to end hiring process. – On basis of the hiring process and modes used to recruit the position. 

Prepare monthly payroll in coordination with finance department. – On basis of preparation of the payroll and how data is maintained.

Design and conduct the induction and employee orientation process as per requirement. – On basis of the result of the induction test conducted after the induction.

Working on attendance and salary on monthly basis. – Submission of the attendance in the salary to finance on time.   

Recommend, develop and schedule training programme and development courses. – Management review.

Provide advice, assistance and follow up on organizational policies, procedures and documentation. – On basis of its maintenance and its effectiveness to the organization. Also management review.

Develop and maintain HR data base. – Management Review as per its maintenance.

Maintain data base of Monthly reports and monthly reviews and weekly plans. – Data maintenance and handling.

Maintain the leave records. – Data maintenance.

Documentation of employees and other HR-Admin work.  – Proper filing and documentation of the documents and its handling.

Certificates of Interns and Volunteers. – Issue sing of the certificates and record maintenance.

Any other task given by Supervisor or required by organization.  – As per the task performed.

Requirements

Experience- 1-3 Yrs

Extensive travel to Bal Ashram (10-15 Days)
