Role and Responsibilities

• Understand the minimum requirements for Mindspark, Detailed Assessment and according to that make sure that schools match up to the minimum requirements.
• Orientation to customers regarding the organization’s products and services.
• Help schools in solving technical issues.
• Assist school IT in recommending setup based on programme requirements.
• Assist in server installations.
• Coordinate with school and internal teams to resolve school queries
• Ensure retention by providing satisfactory service.

Skillset

Must have

• Must have worked in rural development field with bent to Education

Education

Graduate/Post Graduate degree in any discipline with Maths or Hindi as a major subject and M.Ed./B.Ed. degree from a reputed institute.

Experience

• 2-3 years of experience in project implementation in development/education sector  Excellent command of MS office – knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Power Point.
