1. Ensure all project plans are tracked and reviewed regularly with the team
2. Follow up with all concerned teams with planning and completion of key deliverables, and maintain quality of implementation in all districts
3. Ensure adherence with M&E systems by District teams and ensure relevant documents are prepared and circulated in advance of meetings/reviews
4. Participate in partners meetings/other relevant workshops and represent the project’s activities and updates, in consultation with the Project Lead
5. Lead the development of documentation (presentations, reports etc) with other team members
6. Maintain good working relationships with all relevant stakeholders, internal and external, for delivery of objectives, including government departments and agencies
7. Support district level training and processes
8. Support recruitment of consultants and review of their work
9. Manage teams and their well-being
Experience: Worked in public health/HIV programmes, extensive stakeholder management
