Purpose of this position
Deliver all donor-related activities and expectations with the desired quality, effectiveness, efficiency, and cost for the Vidya Sahyog program.
The main areas of responsibility to deliver the purpose of the role:
1. Liaison with Donor supported schools to ensure that donor objective is met at these schools.
2. Conduct regular audit of donor supported schools in accordance with Lotus Petal foundation SOP and submit audit report to internal stakeholders.
3. Responsible for execution of Vidya Sahyog School support programs of the Trust and other projects agreed with donors in co-ordination with all internal stakeholders.
4. Capture relevant field data & inputs and share with internal stakeholders.
5. Get infrastructure and maintenance job done at allocated site within given cost and time parameters.
6. Liaison with School Development committee for fund allocation to take care of regular repair & maintenance at school.
7.Graduate or Post Graduate in Social Work
