**Position Overview:**
The Senior Project Associate will play a key role in Peepul’s flagship reform initiative focused on Foundational Literacy and Numeracy (FLN) through a Development Impact Bond (DIB). This five-year project aims to improve assessment practices across four zones in the Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD).
**Key Responsibilities:**
– Support the design and delivery of DIB Assessment Reforms projects.
– Develop training modules for teachers, school leaders, and stakeholders.
– Design assessments to track the impact of capacity-building interventions.
– Build consensus among government levels and stakeholders towards program objectives.
– Facilitate training sessions and conduct classroom observations to assess implementation effectiveness.
**Qualifications:**
– Educational background in Education or related fields.
– 2-4 years of experience in teaching, mentoring, or education-related work.
– Proficiency in assessment design and facilitation.
– Excellent interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
– Fluency in English and Hindi.
