Key Responsibilities
As key member of the team, s/he/they will be managing the CSR/Institutional Partnerships of NASSCOM Foundation. Broad structure of responsibilities is noted below.
- Lead and drive conversation on NASSCOM Foundation’s core strengths and capabilities.
- Develop relationships with prospective clients, while maintaining existing client relationships.
- Analyze the current customer base and identify potential sales opportunities.
- Collaborate and co-create along with design and programs teams’ proposals that are determined by the dimensions of impact, customer success in achieving their impact goals and stakeholder experience.
- Manage key relationships at different levels of leadership at the customer s ide, with a pulse on changes in their focus areas and priorities. This includes building a strategic understanding of the client and their sector context.
- Strong advisory abilities to support customers in making sound CSR investments aligned to impact and compliance.
- Build specializations in specific thematic focus areas that strengthen NASSCOM Foundations capabilities to deliver value to our clients. This could include technical specializations or thematic areas.
- Engage with multiple funders and varied stakeholders like third-party agencies, legal and finance departments, event management agencies and other vendors to achieve program outcomes.
Key Requirements
- Any graduate/post graduate with 10 years + in business development, CSR, impact consulting/ advisory roles
- Proven track record of leading complex projects in a multi-stakeholder environment and meeting the highest quality of delivery standards
- Experience of working with teams across levels and functions and building teams
- Direct experience of working with senior and CXO level leaders
- Deeply passionate and committed to creating lasting social impact and a demonstrated interest in the social sector.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Outstanding communication skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
- Strong client engagement skills
- Humility, willingness to listen and learn
- We need change markers to drive our inclusive tech agenda.
- Passion and commitment towards bringing a social change.
