**Job Location:** Mumbai  

**Experience Required:** 4 to 7 years  

**Qualifications:** M.Sc. in Sustainability, Environmental Science, or a related field  

**Desirable Skills:**  

– Meeting corporates clients, Govt. officials, volunteers’ groups for project development.  

– Leading carbon, water, energy, waste audit projects including data gathering, analysis, report writing, and client presentations.  

– Conducting research and making presentations on environmental topics.  

– Forward thinking and creative problem solving skills.  

– Effective communication, calculation, and pitch potential value.  

– Knowledge of MS Office, G Suite, and software-enabled research technologies.  

**Roles and Responsibilities:**  

– Design and implement educational programs and workshops on climate change and sustainability.  

– Develop curricula, lesson plans, and resource materials for diverse audiences.  

– Engage with schools, colleges, and community groups to promote climate literacy.  

– Organize outreach events, campaigns, and awareness drives.  

– Conduct training sessions for educators, volunteers, and community leaders.  

– Collaborate with government departments, NGOs, corporates, and organizations to execute sustainability initiatives.  

– Stay updated on sustainability trends and policy developments; create engaging content for presentations and reports.  

– Monitor program impact through feedback and data collection; provide recommendations for improvement.  

– Build partnerships with environmental organizations and secure resources for initiatives.  

– Advocate for sustainable practices and organize campaigns to highlight environmental issues.  

– Plan and manage events like climate fairs and workshops.  

– Prepare reports and presentations on progress and impact.  

– Mentor interns, volunteers, and team members; support integration of sustainability education.  

– Manage project budgets, resources, and schedules efficiently.
