**Job Location:**

This position can be based in **Pune, Namakkal, Chennai, or Bangalore.**

**Job Responsibilities:**

* Develop and deliver engaging and effective training programs in technical domains like Java, Python, Web design (HTML, CSS, JavaScript – ReactJs), and C/C++.

* Design and create comprehensive course materials, including presentations, exercises, assessments, and hands-on projects.

* Conduct training sessions for diverse learners with varying levels of technical expertise.

* Provide individual and group coaching to support learners’ progress and development.

* Evaluate learner performance through assessments and feedback mechanisms.

* Stay up-to-date with the latest technological trends and advancements within the relevant skill domains.

* Collaborate with Bhumi’s Skill Ed team to ensure program effectiveness and alignment with organizational goals.

**Required Experience:**

* Proven experience as a Technical Trainer in the IT industry.

* Strong hands-on experience working with Java, Python, Web design (HTML, CSS, JavaScript – ReactJs), and C/C++.

* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles.

* Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and methodologies.

* Passion for skill development and creating positive social impact.

**Desired Skills:**

* Experience in training non-profit organizations or underprivileged communities.

* Experience in developing training programs for online learning platforms.

* Knowledge of project management methodologies.
