Purpose of the Job:

Academic Excellence Managers play a critical role in helping us achieve this mission – they directly work with teachers and schools to ensure that our system is effectively implemented to achieve the desired learning outcomes.
We are looking for highly competent professionals who are excited by the idea of democratizing quality teaching tools and techniques to students and teachers in Affordable Private Schools.

Principal Accountabilities:

Academic Implementation

➢ Build capacity by training and coaching School leaders, Academic coordinators and teachers in LEAD partner schools to drive implementation of LEAD academic system that delivers excellent student outcomes.
➢ Support and monitor LEAD School academic system execution in partner schools through regular observations and data-driven conversations
➢ Create and share excellent and meaningful reports at regular intervals to showcase student and teacher performance, and interventions that are being carried out

School Development

➢ Building strong relationships with School owners, Principals, Academic coordinators and teachers, and investing them in the implementation

Academic system.

➢ Work closely with stakeholders in partner schools to co-create and execute school development plans that help them achieve the desired student outcomes and grow with LEAD.

Program Support

➢ Collaborate with other functions in the organisation to effectively solve problems that hamper partner school experience with LEAD
➢ Proactively gather insights from the field and feed them back internally to improve LEAD academic system

Work Qualifications:

● 5+ years of teaching experience
● 2+ years of managing teams in a school
● Ability and flexibility to travel for 15 days in a month
● Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university
● Masters and experience of working in a corporate/ or other sectors is an added

Teachers/Academic Coordinators:
● 2 years of teaching/training experience
● 4 years of overall work experience
● Experience of working with schools in any capacity mandatory
● Experience in managing multiple stakeholders and collaborating with diverse teams
● Ability and flexibility to travel for 15 days in a month
● Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university
● Masters and experience of working in an Ed Tech Organization is an added advantage

Other companies
● 2 years of teaching experience
● 3 years in an academic support role
● Ability and flexibility to travel 15-20 days in a month.

➢ Education from a top Indian Institute
➢ Graduation with strong training and facilitation background in Pedagogy and Curriculum implementation.
➢Relevant masters degree with subject matter expertise
➢ Certification course in data analysis.

➢ Leadership skills to coach and manage a large team of educators.
➢ Excellent analytical & planning skills are organized and effective.
➢ Strong problem-solving abilities.
➢ Excited by and open to new ideas and new ways of doing things
➢ Proven ability to meet deadlines in a high-paced work environment
➢ Possesses Honesty, Integrity, Strong work ethic, Dependable, Flexible and Able to work in a continuously changing environment.

➢ Exposure to using technology tools used in the EdTech industry.
➢ Having cultural sensitivity and abilities to work as a part of a diverse team.
