We are looking to recruit a new Associate Head of Communications to plan and execute Takshashila’s marketing campaigns and oversee our digital communications. This is an exciting role that blends product marketing with policy communication.
The position is located in Bangalore, India.
What the role will require you to do:
- Analyze digital data to plan and execute marketing campaigns for Takshashila’s Policy School
- Manage all of Takshashila’s digital properties
- Ensure best practices are being followed in external communications
- Coordinate with Policy School and Researchers to amplify their outputs
- Monitor online marketing metrics to track success
- Seek opportunities for partnerships and collaboration
- Identify innovative channels to enhance the reach of Takshashila’s messaging
- Ensure consistency in and integrity of brand messaging
What we are looking for in you is to have:
- At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing
- A proven track record of executing social media campaigns
- The ability to lead a team and manage budgets
- Experience in digital data analysis
- A good understanding of design and development tools
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing or business
- The ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- The ability to multitask
- Strong interpersonal skills
