We are looking to recruit a Digital Properties Manager to enhance Takshashila’s digital presence and reach.
The position is based out of Bangalore, India.
What the role will require you to do:
- Manage and create content for Takshashila’s social media handles
- Curate and manage Takshashila’s website
- Provide logistical support for TI’s events
- Assist in the improvement of new digital properties, like the Political Mandala, and Merchandise
- Work with the rest of the media and outreach team to amplify TI’s research work and promote our public policy courses
Skills you must have
- Proficiency in Canva and other design tools
- The ability to communicate technical research work and attractive social media content
- A good knowledge of reels and other instagram formats
- Ability to script short comics and videos
- Ability to multitask
- An interest and some basic knowledge of public policy and geopolitics
- A bachelor’s degree in communications or journalism
Skills it is good for you to have
- Basic digital illustration skills
- Internship/ full time experience at similar organisations in a similar role
- Some previous experience in website design (barring development)
