Position: Account Assistant

Education : B.com
Experience:
- 3-4 years of experience in accounting field
Skills & Competencies required:
- Data Entry
- Knowledge in accounting software
- Good communication skill
- Excellent in numerical skills.
- Efficient in time management
- Ability to work in pressure.
- Strong Integrity
- Ability to work in team.
Job Profile:
- Data Entry in ERP
- Proper maintenance of voucher files and other accounts related documents such as MOU and other contracts.
- Prepare bank reconciliation statement on monthly basis.
- Reconciliation of Grant account and Inter unit accounts.
- Visit to cluster offices for physical verification of Stock and other accounts.
- Assist in completion of donor audits.
- Payment of Professional Tax
- Daily Cash Verification
- Review and track all payments to vendor, staff etc. to ensure accuracy and proper booking of project expenses in accounting software.
- Review and track the bank balances.
- Tracking staff advances.
