Job Overview or Role Context: 

We are looking for a high energy, passionate individual excited to work in the entrepreneurship and startup domain. The focus of the role will be to design curriculum for NEN and upgrade the existing program content to meet the market trends and enable startups to become a commercial venture.  

Responsibilities and Duties:

Following are the tasks and responsibilities to be performed by the potential candidate but are not limited to:

1.     Researching and upgrading content for the various programs offered as part of the Wadhwani Entrepreneur

2.     Developing and designing a new curriculum as per the market requirement, feedback from stakeholder, and aligning it with the vision and outcomes of the foundation

3.     Benchmarking the existing courses/program and introducing improvements in them

4.     Identifying subject experts and assigning different modules for program content vetting

5.     Prepare the conceptual decks based on curriculum and solution kits for support the faculty delivery & program outcomes

6.     Deliver sessions for the cohorts and mentor start-ups

7.     Ensuring course materials are made timely available at the NextGen digital platform

8.     Coordinating with the platform team, content curation team and assisting in managing the learning platforms

Requirements

Skills & Experience:

· Fellow Programme in Management / Doctorate in disciplines related to Business and Management / Master’s in disciplines related to Business and Management with M Phil from a reputed Institution ( viz. Azim Premji University, IIM Fellow, JNU, TISS, Shiv Nadar University, etc.)

·   Good academic record

·   An exposure to an entrepreneurship course / Start-up Environment is preferred

·   Must have an inclination towards teaching, facilitation and supporting start-ups

·   Experience in Research and Teaching

·   Experience in Instructional Design, Curriculum design, development, and measuring program outcomes

·   Minimum of 4-5 years

·   Good Communication Skills

·   Interpersonal skills

·   Must have a strong work ethic

·   Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office skills

·   Must be incredibly organized and able to help others get organized

·   Must have ‘no job is too small attitude

·   Must be willing to take on responsibilities beyond own job description when necessary
