Job Opportunity for Learning And Development Specialist at Dr. Reddy’s Foundation in Hyderabad

To support all trainers of GROW and GROW PwD in delivering training by guiding them with best practices in training, helping them solve issues student’s learning, overseeing the effectiveness of delivery, measure skill shift of all trainers. To coordinate, organise, deliver TOTs in person / through a virtual platform

Major Deliverables:-

• Coordinate with all the stakeholders to organize training programs

• Build capacities of trainers through TOTs

• Conduct assessment to trainers

• Orient Area Heads and all concerned on the assessment process and documentation, reporting

• Oversee the implementation of the courses by trainers across all the centres and keep improving the effectiveness of the delivery

• Keep collecting feedback from the trainers and employers for further improvements
