Job Opportunity for Program Manager – LEAD at Piramal Foundation in Ranchi

Title – Program Manager – LEAD

Location – Ranchi, Jharkhand

Key roles & responsibilities

• Develop Curriculum Framework, Assessment Models for workshops, Professional learning communities, Field Coaching for middle level managers and design for professional learning communities, virtual training workshops for target audience
• Apply Adult Learning Principles, Instructional Design models to develop engaging and effective e-learning content
• Design Change Management Plan to ensure product adoption by internal Dept. and Middle Managers
• Identify project timelines from state teams and prepare a project roadmap
• Design and facilitate capacity development workshop for internal team
• Support state teams and tech team to upload content on various platforms

You will work with

External Stakeholders

• State, District and Block levels Government Officials
• Knowledge partners and donors
• Ecosystem peers

Internal Stakeholders

• Central product development team within PFEL / KEF
• State operations team of PFEL / KEF
• Peers in other States

Experience

• PG Diploma / Masters in Human Resource Management, Leadership development or Rural Development etc or Graduate with requisite skills / experience may apply.
• Bachelors in education (BEd) will be an added advantage
• Certificate /Diploma in Content Development is desired
• 8 years+ overall experience in Development/Education/ Corporate Sector.
• Including min 2 years or more experience in content, curriculum development for Govt beneficiaries.
• Including min 3 years or more experience in managing teams.
• Facilitation, change management, Coaching experience is added advantage.
• Operations management, engagement with government departments, consultancy will be an added advantage
