CENTA’s approach is primarily retail or B2C, i.e. direct to teachers. Digital marketing plays a huge role in our work and we also leverage other marketing avenues such as events, PR, etc. We are looking for 1-2 strong Senior Associates, with 2-3 years of experience, to drive digital marketing. The role has fantastic growth potential with opportunities to contribute to multiple parts of marketing and a career path towards marketing head and beyond.

Highly experienced persons can apply for a Lead role. Freshers may be considered for an Associate role.

Roles:

Set up and run CENTA’s digital marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, across FB, Google Ads, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram and other avenues.
Run select campaigns in other channels, pursuing new marketing initiatives and event ideas.
Run campaigns for CENTA’s marquee annual competition, Teaching Professionals’ Olympiad.
Keep CENTA active in various organic marketing avenues such as groups, forums, newsletters, etc.
Track outcomes in terms of revenue, leads, cost, traffic etc. and analyse various combinations on a weekly basis, to continuously improve marketing efforts.
Provide support to CENTA events such as round tables, launch events, online live sessions, including setting up and running operations and promotion.

Skills/Experience needed:

Preferably 2 to 3 years of marketing, including digital marketing, experience. Experience in a start-up environment would be a bonus. Freshers may be considered for an Associate role, based on strong marketing interest demonstrated in internships or personal projects.
Good understanding of specific channels like Facebook, Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc. will be a plus.
Good analytical skills and strong orientation towards detailed analysis as an important mechanism of continuously improving marketing.
Good written communication skills in English (ability to work in one more language, e.g. Hindi, would be a bonus). Basic visual communication skills, including ability to guide a graphic artist.
High energy levels and self-initiative.
Comfort with technology tools; comfort with WordPress and Canva will be a plus.
