Graduates. Final year students are also eligible.
Age: Not more than 25 years as on 31st December of the year of internship.

RBI Research Internship
The banker’s bank of India gives students the opportunity to experience the way top officials of the country make important financial decisions. Being the primary authority for monetary policies, RBI demands interns who are studying in fields such as Statistics and Economics. It provides internships in four different areas each having eligibility criteria of their own.
- Department of Statistics and Information Management (DSIM) – Post Graduate in Statistics / Econometrics / Economics or B.E. / B.Tech. (Computer) or MBA (Finance)
- Department of Economic and Policy Research – Post Graduate in Economics / Banking / Finance or MBA (Finance)
- Strategic Research Unit – B.Tech. or B.E. or Post Graduate with quantitative – oriented degrees in Economics / Finance / Statistical Science or those with expertise in Computer or Data Analytics. Programming skills or ability to acquire them are necessary.
- International Department – Post Graduate degree in Economics / Statistics / Finance / International Finance / International Trade / MBA with specialization in finance / Banking / International Relations.
Duration: 6 months, extendable to another 6 months.
Stipend:₹ 45,000 per month.
Selection Procedure: Candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of their CVs, References and Statement of Purpose and will be called for a personal interview round.

Department of Legal Affairs Internship
The department of Legal Affairs is a part of the Ministry of Law and Justice of the Government of India. The department advises the ministries of the Government on legal matters as well as conducts cases in the Supreme Court and High Courts on behalf of the Central Government or the State Governments.
The internship aims to give young law students a glimpse of the functioning of the Department of Legal Affairs and training them in specialized fields such as economic law, labour law, etc.
Who is eligible?
Indian students who are pursuing studies in 2nd & 3rd year of three-year degree course and in 3rd to 5th year of five-year degree course or students who have completed their LLB course from any recognized college/law school/university.

Competition Commission of India Internship
The Competition Commission of India was set up through the Competition Act (2002) in order to prevent corporations from indulging in unfair, predatory and monopolistic practices. Being the market regulator, the CCI plays a crucial role in the economy.
The Internship at Competition Commission of India aims to impart students practical knowledge of the competition law and the nitty-gritty of market regulation at such a broad scale.

Department of Economic Affairs Internship
The Department of Economic Affairs constitutes the Finance Ministry of the Government of India. It formulates economic policies that affect India at the Macro-economic levels. The interns are required to research a specific economic issue and offer solutions for it.
Who is eligible?
Post Graduates or PhD in Economics/ Law/ Finance/ Management from Universities/ Institutions within top 25 ranks as per National Institutional Ranking Framework or QS ranked International Institutes are eligible to apply for the internship. Graduates are not eligible
Duration: 3 to 6 months
Stipend: ₹ 10,000 per month for PG students and ₹ 20,000 per month for PhD Students.
Selection Procedure: Online applications will be considered by senior DEA officers.

NITI Aayog Internship
The NITI Aayog replaced the Planning Commission as the apex public policy think tank of the Government of India in 2015 and since then has been at the forefront of shaping India’s public policies. It presides over a plethora of verticals and wants graduates, undergraduates and research scholars to acquaint themselves with its workings.
Who is eligible?
a. Under-graduate students, having completed/appeared in the term end exams of second year I 4th, semester of the bachelor degree course and secured not less than 85% or equivalent marks in 12th class.
b. Graduate students having completed/ appeared in the term end exams of first year/2nd semester of their post graduate prograrnme or pursuing research/PhD and secured not less than 70% or equivalent marks in Graduation.
c. The students who have appeared in the final exam or just completed Graduation/PG and waiting for admission for higher studies may also be considered for internship provided that
They have secured 70% or more cumulative marks in all the years/ semesters of their graduation/ post-graduation till the date of application.
The period between the month of declaration of result of final exam and the desired month of internship should not exceed six months e.g. if the result is declared in the month of June then he/she can apply for the internship beginning til1 the month of December.
Duration: 6 weeks to 6 months.
Stipend: Unpaid
Selection Procedure: Applications will be reviewed by heads of different verticals of NITI Aayog.
Application Window: 1st to 10th of every month.
